1. Agreement to Legal Terms

These Terms of Service ("Legal Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Chillital Production SRL ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), regarding your access to and use of ROBOTS ATE MY HOMEWORK, the RobotsOS platform, and our Model Context Protocol (MCP) server endpoints (collectively, the "Services").

2. Age Requirements & Eligibility

The Services are intended strictly for users who are at least 18 years of age. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for or use the Services.

3. Description of Services & RobotsOS

ROBOTS ATE MY HOMEWORK provides AI systems, strategic frameworks, expert skills, autonomous agents, playbooks, and educational resources designed to enhance human thinking, writing, and research.

Our Model Context Protocol (MCP) server functions strictly as a read-only retrieval interface, enabling authorized AI assistant applications (such as Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, Codex, and Claude Code) to load your authorized RobotsOS library skills and resources. The MCP server does not read your private prompts, and we do not have access to your personal conversations or chats with your AI assistants.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

We are the owner or authorized licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including our software, system instructions, skill blueprints, agent workflows, design assets, database structures, marks, and logos.

5. User Accounts & MCP Authorizations

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and OAuth tokens.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• You may revoke MCP client connections at any time through your account settings or AI client connector manager.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain premium workflows, advanced agents, and unlimited MCP library tools require a paid subscription (managed via Substack or Stripe). Subscriptions automatically renew at the specified billing intervals unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your subscription portal.

7. Prohibited Activities

When using our website, platform, and MCP server, you agree NOT to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the core source code or proprietary backend prompt libraries.
• Use automated bots or scripts to systematically scrape or overload the MCP endpoint.
• Circumvent or tamper with authentication, rate limiting, or access control mechanisms.
• Use the Services for any unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chillital Production SRL and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or inability to use the Services.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Legal Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
