The full library. What's in it, how it works, and who it's for.
RobotsOS gives you the thinking layer that makes any model useful for your specific work. Skills, agents, and playbooks: each one grounded in real psychology, narrative structure, or strategic thinking. You download them, load them into your AI, and they work.
This page shows you everything that's inside.
A growing library of AI skills, agents, and playbooks. You download them, upload them to your AI of choice, and they work. Each one is grounded in real psychology, narrative structure, or strategic thinking.
Exclusive content on thinking (MIND), building (BUILD), and taste (TASTE) that go further than the free newsletter can.
These are the first four skills you should run. They build context files about YOU that every other skill in the library uses.
| Skill | What it builds | Time |
|---|---|---|
| Voice Profile Builder | A detailed map of how you write. Sentence patterns, vocabulary, rhythm. | ~20 min |
| Audience Profile Builder | A living portrait of who you're actually talking to. Real understanding. | ~20 min |
| Brand Strategy Builder | Your positioning, your moat, what you stand for and against. | ~25 min |
| Content Pillars Builder | The intellectual territory your work lives in. What you write about. | ~20 min |
Why these matter: Every Library Skill and agent in RobotsOS can reference these files. Without the Core Builders, skills work well. With them, skills work like they were custom-built for you.
These are the skills that do the work. Each one encodes a tested methodology into a structured process.
| Skill | What it does | Built on |
|---|---|---|
| Ideas Pensieve | Captures raw ideas and develops them until they're structured enough to act on | Divergent-convergent thinking, creative pressure |
| Alter Ego Architect | Builds a named professional persona you activate on demand for specific types of work | Performance psychology, identity-based confidence |
| Skill | What it does | Built on |
|---|---|---|
| Persuasion Stack | Layers 10 evidence-based persuasion mechanisms into your content in a specific sequence | Psychology of persuasion, audience modeling |
| Torture Protocol | Stress-tests your ideas, strategies, or content through adversarial pressure | Pre-mortem analysis, adversarial reasoning |
| Skill | What it does | Built on |
|---|---|---|
| Authority Audit | Analyzes your public presence and identifies where you claim credibility versus where you actually demonstrate it | Perceived credibility frameworks, trust signaling |
| Brand Strategy Builder | Constructs your positioning, differentiation, category definition, and competitive framing | Strategic positioning, category design |
| Content Pillars Builder | Maps the intellectual territory your work lives in based on your positioning and audience gaps | Content architecture, competitive analysis |
| Process Cartographer | Turns messy operational knowledge into clear structured documentation | Knowledge management systems, process mapping |
| Skill | What it does | Built on |
|---|---|---|
| The Cave Test | Finds the real disagreements your sources are hiding instead of letting AI smooth them into a summary | Source criticism, adversarial reading |
| Thinking Partner | Challenges your assumptions and pressure-tests ideas through Socratic dialogue instead of giving answers | Socratic method, critical thinking |
| Prompt Sharpener | Takes a rough prompt and iteratively refines it for specificity, constraint quality, and output precision | Prompt engineering methodology |
Notice the "built on" column. Every skill leads with the human principle it's grounded in, not the task it performs. The psychology, the narrative structure, the strategic thinking—that's what makes the output worth using.
Agents are different from skills. A skill guides you through a process, while an agent takes on more of the work.
A stateful idea-tending agent. You drop half-formed thoughts into it and they grow over time. It connects them to other ideas you've planted, tracks their ripeness, and helps them develop into something writable instead of dying in a notes app.
The flagship research agent. An AI research agent that uses lateral thinking and cross-domain pattern recognition to find connections nobody in your niche is making. Give it a topic. It comes back with research from psychology, history, biology, and more.
Playbooks are the catch-all for everything in RobotsOS that isn't a single skill or a single agent. They're pre-built AI setups: the thinking and the engineering already done, packaged so you can deploy them.
| Playbook | What it does | Category |
|---|---|---|
| The Christie Idea Elimination Sequence | Uses Agatha Christie's murder mystery logic to systematically eliminate weak content ideas until only the strongest survive | MIND |
| The Gingerbread Audit | Four-room diagnostic that forces taste erosion to show itself in your own writing, from individual sentences to your long-term trajectory | TASTE |
| The Root File Builder | Extracts your stable thinking and aesthetic principles into a single foundation file every AI project inherits | TASTE |
| The Shackleton Framework | Diagnoses whether your stalled AI project is fixable or if you're decorating a wreck, then walks you out alive either way | MIND |
| The Treaty | Builds a behavioral agreement between you and AI: maps your expertise, sets explicit triggers for when AI pushes back, names who does what | MIND |
| The Unmasking | Reveals hidden patterns, assumptions, and blind spots hiding in your content and strategy work | MIND |
| The Morning Light | Four-question framework for pushing a good idea past "interesting": tests tension, enemy, activation, and transferability before you commit building time | MIND |
| Playbook | What it does | Category |
|---|---|---|
| The Three Plays | Three separate project personas for different cognitive modes: deep reading, adversarial thinking, and pure invention | MIND |
| Content Rhythm Analyst | Permanent editorial diagnostic system that runs a full rhythm audit on any draft, checking 8 prose patterns and scoring burstiness | BUILD |
The common thread: you download it, follow the setup instructions, and you have something working. No building required.
Strategic thinking frameworks that put your brain (and your AI) to work.
How to turn ideas into AI systems that work alongside you.
The mechanics of how to stay more human in an AI-driven world.
These aren't gated versions of free content. They're a different depth entirely. The free newsletter gives you the framework; the paid writing takes you inside the machine while it runs.
Run the Core Builders. Produce your voice profile, audience profile, brand strategy, content pillars. You do this once.
Each skill automatically references your foundational files. Everything is personalized from the start.
WATSON does your research. GREENHOUSE grows your ideas. Playbooks give you ready-made setups for specific jobs. You stay focused on judgment.
New skills, agents, and playbooks are added monthly. Each addition compounds on your existing foundation.
That's compounding, not collecting.
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | €15/month | Full access to skills, agents, playbooks, and premium posts |
| AnnualPopular | €80/year | Same access. Save over 55% (~€6.67/month). |
| Founding Member | €150/year | Everything in annual + priority to propose systems |
Every Wednesday, I build systems live and teach the methodology. Holds nothing back on the thinking.
See how to give AI the decisions, history, and standards behind the way you sound.
The Reading Room shows you how I think about AI. If it resonates, the paid tier goes further.
Most AI tools sell you access to a model. RobotsOS sells you the methodology that makes any model useful for your specific work.
The AI is the environment. The thinking is what matters. And the thinking is already inside the code.
